lost camera

ok people, in packing for our trip to utah tomorrow, i realized i can't find my camera anywhere!!! i may cry. rebekah got x-rays today, and she is healing wonderfully, so...the cast came off! it was grandma gresko's idea to tell them we were taking it off if they wouldn't, and it worked! we will be going to 7 peaks, a water park in utah, and other fun things, which would be such a hassle with the cast. so thank goodness, she is all healed. she had her first shower in over a month (she's had baths, but they were very frustrating!!) it was very exciting for all to get that raunchy smell off. who knew it would stink if it wasn't washed? i have never experienced a cast before, so this was fascinating for me from the beginning. i've always just had splints and ace bandages. it was fun to watch the cast being put on, and even more fun to watch it being taken off. i was a little afraid his loud tool would cut her arm off though!! thank goodness, it was no problem, and she is back to her crazy little self. the doc was impressed with her range of motion and no pain. she is a tough little cookie! watch out world, here comes rebekah!
also, i got to help our sister missionaries teach a discussion today for the first time in my life. we were called to help because the lady has 3 boys similar ages to ours, and they thought she needed a friend at church. it was quite a nerve wracking experience to have the missionaries teach for a while, then turn to you, and say, and what do you think of ....... the whole time i was thinking, what if i say the wrong thing, and it is my fault if this lady decides the church is a bunch of hooey? that was a heavy weight on me, but it turned out alright. she was very receptive, and agreed to baptism! so we must have done something right, or in spite of us!!
well, we will be gone for a week, off to the hopefully cooler temps of provo. yay!!!
